Firehouse Septic is known for our constant Professionalism and Integrity. If we schedule a septic pump or septic job for a customer you can count on us showing up with few exceptions, inclement weather, a family emergency, or when we had to cancel two jobs for the birth of our third child.
In recent months we have had several customers complain that other septic companies have scheduled appointments and not shown up or called. When the customers have called these companies no one seems to know what is going on. One of the largest companies in Fayette County has their dispatcher answering the phone over an hour away with no knowledge of Fayetteville, Tyrone, Peachtree City, Senoia, Newnan, or Sharpsburg. There is no way to properly service Fayette and Coweta Septic customers if you don’t even know where they are located. These same companies are scheduling jobs without knowing the ability to complete them as promised. When the day comes for the appointment most customers will not receive as much as a phone call to let them know that they will not be coming out.
At Firehouse Septic we understand that your time is important. We have been in the position when we have scheduled service companies to come to our home and take the day off work only to spend the whole day waiting and no one shows up. At Firehouse Septic you will always speak to the same scheduler who takes notes on the call, looks up your drawing, and looks up your property on Google Earth to make sure it is accessible for us. You will receive a text 1 to 2 days prior to your appointment confirming the date and time as well as a phone call if you you do not respond. We understand that both your time and our time is important and we treat others as we would like to be treated. Remember, just because some other company promises you a specific date, time, or price, it is only as good as the reputation of that company. As always we advise every customer to check our Google reviews as well as our competition’s.
